This is the second property that Nick helped us sell. He did an outstanding job again and I know I will be back in touch whenever I have another one. Nick worked extremely well with the family member who was moving out. He was immediately responsive to all the questions, requests and challenges. Nick coordinated all the professionals involved from organizing and sorting the home contents, arranging for dumpsters, storage and movers. He oversaw the repair work on the house to maximize the sale value. He managed the listings, showings and negotiations to obtain full value for the home. Nick handled every component in the process with a friendly, pleasant and professional demeanor. He’s the full package.
